HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I'm back, computer problems aside. I swear my computer hates me. I, along with most everyone have a resolution to get back on track with my Weight Watchers, and get healthier. For anyone that knows me, I originally followed WW back in 2002/2003 and lots 50 lbs. Sliding back into old habits is so much easier, so over five years from 2003 - 2008 the weight crept back on plus a bit more. So, in 2008 I decided to commit to it again and follow the plan faithfully while using my Wii Fit. I was doing very well. I didn't miss a day on Wii Fit. It loved me, LOL, but I think that squeeky little voice took pleasure in telling me I was obese! So, after working out on the Wii Fit for over two months straight, I was bored of it really, and stopped. I had started again in July with my WW, and was doing well when I stopped journalling in November. We went through Christmas, and I'm proud to say that I have only gained 2 lbs from my last weigh in that I did in November. So, I'm back at it again, along with some motivation from a group called Healthy-O's at www.oscraps.com. We have a 12 week challenge there, and although this is the first week, it should be fun and motivational. That started on Friday, and today I started back at my WW program (I'm doing it myself as I don't have the $$ to go to the meetings). I'm pretty pumped!! I weight in for the Healthy-O's on Friday, and for my WW on Monday, so I'll post how things are going.
I also managed to create a layout and get it posted when my computer was cooperating. I love how it turned out ( I love the fuschia color). I used some new products by NinaScraps, Simple Beauty Words, Grids and Dots Brushes, Whities Vol II and Shabby Chic Line Vol 1, all available at www.oscraps.com in Nina's store. Run, don't walk, to get them. They're so much fun!!
