It's finally here.... LOD2

I'm getting excited now. The day is here. Tonight's the night. It's the 2nd annual Light Of Day concert to benefit Parkinsons and ALS. It was a great show last year. This year I'm sure it'll be even better. I can't wait to see Willie, Joe, Joe, and Ron again. They're a great bunch of guys and awesome musicians. To borrow some great info from the website http://www.lightofdayniagara.com/ here's the details:

On Friday, November 14, 2008 the Greg Frewin Theatre in Niagara Falls ON will be hosting the Second Annual Canadian Light of Day concert to benefit victims of both Parkinson's Disease and ALS. The Light of Day shows originated back in 2000 in New Jersey at the infamous Stone Pony. With artists such as Southside Johnny, Joe Grushecky and Bruce Springsteen headlining the shows, the Light of Day Foundation has raised over $1,000,000 in the fight against Parkinson’s. Artists such as organizer, Joe D’Urso from New Jersey and Willie Nile, a native Buffalonian, have expanded the scope of this great project. Last year they began Light of Day Europe with concerts in Rome, Bedford and Barcelona. As well, last year the Light of Day was held in two Canadian locations - Niagara Falls and Sam's Cadillac Lounge in Toronto. All proceeds will go to Parkinson's and ALS Canada and to the Light of Day Foundation.
This year's lineup includes Joe D'Urso, Joe Grushecky, Willie Nile, Ron LaSalle, Dean McTaggart, Astrid Young, Rick Rose, Dave Rave, Townline (formerly Oliver Black), The Madhatters and Paul Gigliotti.
